Gems are earned by completing pixel art canvases, maintaining daily challenge streaks, unlocking achievements, and watching optional rewarded ads. You can also purchase gem packs from the in-app store.
Orbs are used to generate custom pixel art from your text prompts using AI. You can convert gems into orbs or purchase orb packs directly from the in-app store.
First, make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact us at support@mimiclab.ai with your Apple ID and a description of the purchase. Apple handles all payment processing, so you can also contact Apple Support directly for billing issues.
If you were signed into an account (Google, Apple, or email), your progress is saved to the cloud and will restore automatically when you sign in again. If you used the app as a guest, progress is stored locally and may not be recoverable if the app was deleted.
PixelZen uses one-time in-app purchases (not subscriptions). To restore a purchase on a new device, tap your profile icon and look for the "Restore Purchases" option. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly as all billing is handled by Apple.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at privacy@mimiclab.ai with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll process your request within 30 days.
Try closing and reopening the app, then check for updates in the App Store. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app (your cloud-saved progress will restore on sign-in). If none of this helps, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Type any prompt in the Create tab and PixelZen will generate a custom pixel art canvas using AI. Generation uses Orbs — each generation costs a small amount. The result will appear in your personal gallery once ready.
